About the Fiat 500L

The Fiat 500L is a very affordable compact MPV whose main rivals are the Hyundai ix20, the Citroen C3 Picasso and the Ford B-MAX. The car is based on the very popular Fiat 500 and like the 500 it gets similar frugal engines, a trendy interior and a retro design, but its larger proportions make it more practical. It has spacious interior and enough room for five adults in relative comfort, if you're looking for even more space you can always opt for the 500L MPW which is a larger seven-seat version of the Fiat 500. The 500L comes in four models to choose from: basic level Pop Star, mid-levels Easy and Lounge models, and top-specs Trekking, the latter has also a Beats Edition which offers black body finishes and amazing bass heavy stereo sound system, courtesy of the Beats Audio brand. All trims have the same line-up of engines available: two petrol engines – a 1.4 and a 1.9-litre; and two diesel units – a 1.3 Multijet and a 1.6-litre Multiject. When it comes to style and design the 500L does very well for itself with its single chrome bar grille, twin rounded headlights and plenty of options for customization such as coloured door mirrors and contrasting roof colours. When it comes to the driving experience, this Fiat performs very well. The pedals, gearshift and steering are light making the 500L even more enjoyable to drive, also the driving position is high and the road visibility very good. The car received a 5-star Euro NCAP rating and some of the safety features include hill-hold, tyre pressure monitoring, driver, passenger, side and window airbags. If you are interested in buying this car at a lower price, we offer finance Fiat 500L cars at 50 per month.
