Audi A3 is a small family car in production since 1996. It has been through three generations and has just received a facelift earlier this year. The car is generally good to drive and has a good suspension (a feature that was always lacking in older versions), an agreeable handling and good grip. The styling with its large grille and iconic lights fall in line with Audi's traditional look. Whichever model you decide to choose, space is never going to be an issue. All models have plenty legroom and headroom (buyers should be advised, however, that the Cabriolet and Sportback models have more limited headroom, although it's still more than adequate for any adult). As for the boot in normal mode its can take up to 385-425 litres depending on the model. In the safety department, the Audi has garnered five stars out of five in the Euro NCAP crash tests, a result owed to its extensive safe kit equipment that includes radar-controlled cruise control, lane-keep assist, pre-sense system and hill-hold assist.
